Summary of Services:  EPS become a Project Management partner for the renovation and refresh of Deutsche Bank’s existing facility. Working closely with Deutsche Bank and providing the proper programming, Project Management, Value Engineering, Cost and Schedule Confidence to ensure the project was brought in on time and under budget.

Construction Budget:  $22 Million
Summary of Services:  EPS was retained by Biomet to take over after the dismissal of their incumbent Project Management Firm as their Move Management/Owner’s Representative firm to manage their relocation and build-out of their new 102,000 SF corporate headquarters. Through implementation of the move champion process, 320 staff, personnel content and various lab equipment were successfully relocated in multiple phases and restacked into the new space. ​

Summary of Services:  EPS become a Project Management Partner for the Corporate Interior Renovation, Restack and Infrastructure upgrade.  Project was LEED Certified Silver. On-site Project Team consisted of Project Controls, Sourcing and Contract Administration through on-site multiple renovation projects.

Summary of Services:  EPS is a Project Management partner to RWJBH for their various leased spaces and medical office building. The projects consist of new medical office with physician offices and exam rooms. ​

Summary of Services:  EPS provided Project Management and Move Management services overseeing all related contracted services for the largest biopharmaceutical in Rensselaer, New York. With a combined One Million SF, services included move, labor, transportation, asset inventory management, inventory allocation, disposal or auctioning, liquidation of surplus assets, electrical/voice/data installation, I/T and other related services including the coordination of same. ​

Summary of Services:  EPS  is engaged as T-Mobile’s Program Management partner providing, scheduling and priority mapping for the move program. As Program Manager, EPS works closely with T-Mobile to provide the move, relocation, renovation, and decommissioning management, with the cost and schedule confidence that the move project is properly budgeted, scheduled, and coordinated to achieve
T-Mobile’s company mission.

Summary of Services:  Overseeing all domestic retail and corporate offices projects. Project size ranges from 1,500 SF to 275,000 SF. The scope of these projects also varies from a simple carpet and paint refresh, PAD site, retro-fit to full-gut interior renovations for 350 sites. In addition, renovation of MetLife’s stadium west gate entrance, 50 yard line, MetLife Suite and lounge.

Summary of Services:  Construction Project Management partner for the relocation and build-out of 450 West 33rd Street for FISA’s new facility. Working closely with Brookfield, DCAS FISA/OPA to provide the proper Project Management, Value Engineering, cost and schedule confidence that these projects are properly budgeted, scheduled, designed and constructed to achieve the company’s mission. Fast-track scheduling and Value Engineering to meet the project delivery needs. Complete build-out of the third floor as new tenant space and for existing fourth floor.
